Meet Austin — Founder of Life Pros

Austin Marsh is a nationally recognized life insurance producer, entrepreneur, and agency builder who generated over $600,000 in Issue Paid Premium in his first full year and earned multiple Hall of Fame Producer honors. In just two years, he has helped scale Life Pros into a 50+ agent organization producing over $1M per month in agency revenue.

Originally from Northern Kentucky, Austin’s foundation was shaped by faith, competition, and leadership. A former multi-sport athlete and college soccer player, he graduated from the University of Kentucky with a degree in Information Technology and Business.

Austin began his sales career with Southwestern Advantage, where he earned top producer and recruiter honors while building one of the program’s strongest student organizations. In 2023, he transitioned into life insurance, quickly becoming a top 1% national producer.

Guided by the principle, “You can’t teach what you don’t know, and you can’t lead where you won’t go,” Austin is widely respected for developing high-performing sales teams and training audiences of all sizes. Outside of business, he is active in his church, prioritizes fitness, and enjoys traveling.

Logan Bradley Merritt is one of the founders of Life Pros, a fast-growing life insurance organization built on discipline, leadership, and ownership.

Starting in sales with a competitive edge and an obsession with personal growth, Logan quickly realized that true wealth isn’t just in premium, it’s in people. Today, he focuses on developing high-performance agents into leaders who build real businesses, not just commissions.

He specializes in final expense and mortgage protection, with a strong focus on serving veterans and families who need straightforward, honest coverage.

Logan is passionate about mindset, fitness, and pushing limits, whether that’s in the gym, in business, or in life. He believes strong bodies build strong minds, and strong minds build strong companies.

Tyler Wolf is an Atlanta native and graduate of the University of Nebraska’s College of Electrical Engineering. After beginning his career in technical and client-facing roles across multiple industries, Tyler found his calling in building high-performance sales teams and developing leaders.

He founded his organization with a simple conviction: excellence is a standard, not a suggestion. Tyler is passionate about training ambitious professionals to master communication, personal discipline, and long-term wealth creation.

His leadership is grounded in faith, integrity, and personal accountability. A committed follower of Christ, Tyler serves actively in his church and believes that strong character is the foundation of lasting success.

Outside of business, he is deeply invested in health, fitness, and continuous self-development — principles he expects from himself and the people he leads.

We sell life insurance over the phone to warm leads who often put themselves on our calendars to hear about our solutions. No cold calling required.

No — it’s not a traditional job. It’s an opportunity to grow personally, professionally, and financially within a proven system. 

We work off a 1099 basis so you are running your own business in the context of an entire office of others doing the same. This allows for flexibility and freedom BUT the standard is to show up and put the work in necessary to see success.
